The ability to paint and draw what we see is deeply fulfilling. I love helping students learn observational and technical skills that facilitate a deeper connection to themselves and their craft.
Choose a learning style that is right for you.
This option is for professionals and students that want feedback, an objective eye to help troubleshoot a painting, painting techniques or the painting process. We start with a discussion of your artistic background and goals in the first 15 minutes. Then we discuss your work for 30 minutes. In general when critiquing work I like to consider the following; Concept/ Intention, Composition, Structure, Proportion, Value, Color, Temperature and Edge.
via Skype or Facetime.
This is the simplest and easiet way to have a private lesson from wherever you are in the world. Our first lesson will be a discussion and critique of your existing work. From this conversation we will develop a lesson plan and schedule that is geared towards developing your skills and achieving your goals. Lessons via Skype or Facetime.
One on one lessons offer high level care and attention. If you are a beginner have a lot of questions and would benefit from hands on demonstrations this is the perfect option for you.
Give the gift of learning. A gift for a lesson or workshop is a gift for a lifetime. You choose the amount and they choose a lesson or workshop
