Learning how to break down the portrait into systematic and consecutive steps is a great way to develop our skill and efficiency. We focus on the 4 main aspects of a portrait: Proportion, Value, Color, and Edge and aim to capture a likeness in 2 hours. Dominique will use a chromatic primary palette of 7 colors that is designed to help us understand color theory and color relationships.
